Enter clients can now use Google Authenticator, a TOTP (time-based one-time password) for 2 factor authentication. Here's a video on how to do it:

A little more about 2 factor authentication:

Two-factor authentication (2FA) –– otherwise called multi-factor authentication (MFA) –– is one of the best precautions against cyberattacks an organization can adopt. MFA requires two or more factors to authenticate users to IT resources, usually:

  1. “Something they know” (their credentials) plus…
  2. “Something they have.” (This can be anything from a numeric code sent to their phones via SMS to their fingerprint.)

Enterprise Administrators often employ time-based, one-time passwords (TOTP) as the second factor. TOTP tokens are randomized, numeric codes generated by an app like Google Auth that automatically refreshes.

With Enter's recent launch of Single Sign On, this is yet another Enterprise feature for Enter clients.
